Starting an Mailing ist

Hello ppl and Happy New Year for all yo.

I need some advices here, I'm thinking to make an mailing list for my website www.sibiul.ro and I don't really know how should I do it.

I want to ask you if will be any problem if I Insert all the recived email adreses in a db and when I want to send an email to everybody from db I use something like this:

while (send == 1)
{
mail(to email ...)
}

Do you know any good tutorial for a mailing list?

if you dont own the server, you can send mail to all the ppl you want;

it's spam. in any other grade, but spam. You abuse the server mail and it's not correct. First talk to the admin of the server...

Anyway, check the mail() function;
