The MySQL database resides on a PC (Win2K-AS) with 2 333mhz Celerons and containts 16 tables with a total of 6,316 rows of data.
I'm running a MySQL dump from another networked PC (Win2k-AS) 450mhz Celeron that is taking forever. BTW forever = over 30 minutes.
Seems this is to long. Is the the process or the PC's? Or did I configure the dump wrong.
Here is my dump string which I launched from a BAT file via the command prompt.
mysqldump -C -v -h IPADDRESS -u['user'] -p['pw'] DATABASE_NAME > \path\dump.sql
