I posted a similar post in the general on accident, but I have some serious issues with PHP 4.3.0. After installing it, I noticed that a lot of my scripts on various projects just stopped working. I read the disclaimer about PHPNUKE and similar programs, but I do not use any of that. Oddly enough even basic statements like if (!$dir) { ...code... } did not work correctly; things that have worked for months. I am not sure if there is something I am missing or some additional upgrades I need to make this thing backwards compatible with my previous PHP 4.1.1 system, but if there is anything I need, please do tell.
I am running Apache 1.3.6 on Redhat Linux, and upgraded from PHP 4.1.1 to 4.3.0.
