What kind of tool do you use to keep control of the versions you're working on? Right now we're using a CVS System here, but we think that it is a bit oversized and that we don't need most of the parts of it. Are there any other tools for simple version-management? What do you use?

Well I usually use CVS, even if it is a small project and you don't need all the functions that CVS provides I still think that it is useful and simple to use.
Another more lightweight program would be RCS.
