Form Parameters not allowing more than 5!!

I'm in some really big trouble at the moment because i'm supposed to be making a street team form for a bands website. Everything seems to be working but the problem is is when i do actually add some text into the form it comes back saying:

Warning: mail() expects at most 5 parameters, 13 given in /home/watashi/public_html/Rob/streetsubmission.php on line 13

I need those 13 parameters working asap and i don't know how to allow it.

Yeah, you're using mail() wrong. Parameters are

mail(toaddress, subject, message [headers])

You gotta create a message variable, then put that variable in the message part. Try this

But the error message wont show if the user hasn't filled out all of the variables.

I added 22 as the name but still it says i've been added instead of, i haven't filled out all of the form. Could you try this out to see why it's not working. Or if theres a simpler way of telling the user that they haven't filled out one of the boxes?

Hey one more q for ya before i go to bed.

If a variable returns as 0 e.g ( "" )
how would i set the variable a default value?

Because one of the fields in the form isn't vital info for the band so there is no need of filling it out. But instead of it returning to the e-mail address as "" could i set a value to the varibale after the checking so that it could return to the e-mail address with some text like "N/A"?

I'm a complete fricken n00b. I've learnt a lot over the last 4 days and only on chapter 2 in my php book of over 800 pages lol..

So i tried this but i obviously don't know jack.

$musicbiz = "N/A";

should work. Did you try it? (also don't forget to use $POST if register globals is off on your server.

if ($_POST['musicbiz'] == "") {
   $musicbiz = "N/A";
}

You could also use

if (!$_POST['musicbiz']) {
   $musicbiz = "N/A";
}
