a problem about upload file

Hi,

I have read the following article on How to store images directly in the sql database.

I cannot run it successfully. There is no records in my new table .

I have put an "echo 'ok';" after " if ($submit)" , however, there is no output.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Instead of
if ($submit)
try it with
if ($_POST[submit])

(Maybe you have a newer php version)
