ok, im working on a 'blog' type of thing. and i need a timestamp, i was told i should use the gmdate() well i got it working sorta... i need it to be based off EST and not GMT how would i do that. this is the code i got.
gmdate('D, d M Y H:i:s \G\M\T', time());
i know EST is -5 hours from GMT but im not sure where i would tell it that.
