I just installed my first PHP/MySQL web application (I've only used Perl-CGI for the last 3 years). It is a great eCard program that is highly rated. Everything works great except that I get 3 lines of the email header appearing in the body of the email...this is very distracting for the email recipient and needs to be rectified.
The developer feels the problem is with the mail server and/or the email client (I'm using Outlook Express 5.0), the system adminstrator feels the problem is with the PHP code. I'm kind of stuck in the middle... a total PHP rookie and I don't know where to go from here.
I tried two other eCard demos today, one of then put 16 lines of email header information at the top of my email notification, and the other didn't put any header info at all into my email body.
What going on, where is the problem, and how do I get it fixed?
