Im new to all this and Im probably doing something stupid but anyway I need guidance as this is my final year project at uni!
Every time I try to run a Mysql script that I have created in notepad I get a Mysql Error 1064 which tells me I have an error in line 1 near Formula1.sql. There is no reference to this in line 1 but it is the name of the file. This happens with whatever name I give the script, the error will always concern the name of the file.
I have double checked the code and it is fine and have tried examples from the CD rom of the book ive got but still no luck.
Any suggestions anyone?
