Windows 2k Server

I have php installed on a windows 2k server. I want to execute the script nphp, but when I try to register my username, it won't write it to the database files. Is there something I need to do to allow the script to be executed.

please tell some more about your configuration. Which server? apache? and which database??

Well, its not really my server, but I'm doing this for a project. Basically, I can't execute the script at all. I first have to register an admin username, password, etc. But when I do so, it only refreshes and reg page and takes no action at all. PHP is correctly installed, this I'm sure of. I imagine that its running apache webserver. I've been told that the read/write permissions are set ok, but the script will not execute. None will, I've tried others.

BTW this script uses flat textfiles for data storage.
