I did a site using sessions. When you go to a page on the site, the PHPSESSID is added to the query strings on the page as if the browser's cookies are turned off. When you go to the next page it returns to normal. Anyone see that before?

Is this after submitting a form? Change the form from get to post.

It doesn't involve forms. Links on the page have the PHPSESSID variable attached to their query string, just like it would if the browser had cookies turned off. You reload the page, or go to another on the site and it returns to normal, with the session ID in a session cookie.

im having this same problem. every time session_start() is accessed for the first time and i am not logged into the session all of my links have the phpsessid attached to the end. my current workaround is to hit the refresh button which gets rid of them but i that cant be my permenant fix. there must be a way to fix it to where the id doesnt show up when you access a new page.
