dynamic images on the fly

i realize i can create an image with dynamic text on the fly using some pre-existing scripts and the gd library... but i am trying to create dynamic text at an angle. i'm unsure of how to do this. i basically want the image/text to be on a slant, around 65 degrees from the horizontal... is this possible?
