Importing MSSQL DB into MSSQL

Hi, i was emailed a .BAK file. I assume this is a MSSQL DB file. How do i import this .BAK file into MSSQL as a Database?

I've tried using the DTS wizard but it doesnt seem to be able to locate the .BAK file.

If you can get to the actual files, all you need to do is place the database information in your MySQL/bin folder.

that would be ok if i was using MySQL...but i'm using MS SQL.
