Somebody can help me with this phpBB error ?

Hello, it's me again 🙂

I want to insert in my site a forum, my host company give's me an option to install phpBB2 forum, I think it's a good forum. I tried to install it and it's working fine, but now I made some modifications to a template (I changed the pictures from the header , and made my buttons with romanian language). After I install this new template the forum has those errors :

If somebody can give me an idee about what is it, or why those errors apear I'll be verry happy, till then good luck in the new year!

There is an error with the script. Most likely a Cookie is trying to be set or a header is trying to be used. But theres already output before its been parsed.

What are line 449-451
