Errrr. No. Most Newbies that are here. Im assuming wanna learn PHP. Not use PHPNUKE and look at the code which is too advanced. Yes it does only take a matter of 5mins maybe to make a site. But really did you learn anything from that. Hmm.. Let me see.

Nope nothing learnt.
I really am agaisnt programs like that, for people starting out in PHP. Yea you may learn some code, but will you understand it.

Sure You are right ! but for a newbie like me I don't have a lot of time. It's a free solution.

Of course, if I have a lot of time, I will create my own structure with PHP and learning......dependency so no liberty !
