Hello,

If someone can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it.
I have set up a small PHP forum using a guest book. My question is this when user post there message it shows the email address of the user also. I want to hide email address from spam spiders. So my idea is to use link attached with a form. So when new user comes in and want to reply to a message already posted in the forum. The new user just click the link and the email address of the posted user is going to be hidden field in the form.

Does anyone knows how can i do this, This where my site is,

that won't stop a "spam spider" from reading the email address. you'd be better off coming up with something that obfuscates the address in a different way from time to time. something that is easily human readable, but not easily parsed by a spider. a simple example: change [e-mail] to you[at]email.com
