geting data from last field

i wish to get data from last field of mysql database .

Assuming you don't know what the field is called ... or what fields there even are ...

SELECT * FROM thetable

$row = fetch_row(...)

the last field is $row[count($row)-1]. Retrieve it either with that or with array_pop().
