Open Link Issue

I work at GeForceGaming.com and i am trying to figure out a problem i have. The problem being that I have an IFRAME that loads the seperate pages into the frame. But when we let other sites link to say, our mods.html file, it doesn't load the whole index.html file with that page opened in the iframe. I was thinking that PHP would be the way to fix it, just not sure exactly how though.
