Dumb Question but its the only way...

Ok..My site has a couple levels to it probably like all sites. I have it well organized(or so I think).
Here's the problem. With my links they all have the full website url in there. So when i just set-up my home server it always go es to the internet when im testing the site. Not to mention that theres got to be a shorter way to do it dynamically....Any suggestions on this???

I'm not too sure what u mean. For me, i have a 'global' variable called $url, which is referenced by every page because...I used include("header.inc") in every page...and in header.inc, there's the site URL definition like:

$url = "http://www.mysite.com"

In the links, i use:

<a href="<?php echo $url; ?>/mylink1.php">Link 1</a>
