storing form data in a session?!?

How can i store data from a html form and store it into a session?
what is the best method?

Which bit is the one causing the problem?

well i need to store some users inputed data in a session to let the user preview thier data, then b4 their data is entered into the database, they would have to pay first...

it's just been a long day, and im not thinking to logically...
