One problem was found when we implement imap email system.
A chinese char imap folder name should be encoded using modified utf7, but the result of outlook express and php imap_utf7_encode is diff, that means imap folder created by php can't be recognize by outlook express and vice versa.
Who is correct, who is wrong?
