so i need a detailed IP data to tell!!!

www.ripe.net corresponds to most IPs in Europe
www.apnic.net corresponds to most IPs in Asia

I'm not associated with them, and it's a commercial service, but I've heard that IP2country.com provides a decent IP database to work from.
