How do i create a new Database?

im trying to make or use an exisiting DB which it say's i do not have....how do i creat a new DB or find and Existing one?

i try ../../ ...
i try ../../includes/ ...

Do you have mysql installed? If so you should have WinMySQLAdmin. Or download a copy of phpmyadmin (search Google to find it). Either one of these tools make it easy to create databases and test queries.
