some MAIL help...

ok...some issues i can't resolve...

the script IS already working...it sends a notification to the user...but...

1 - my headers aren't working...they just show up in the body of the email...
2 - "Bcc"...i really need this to work...its not...i guess it's because of number 1...

nope...that didn't do the trick...

i did read in the php manual that the order of the headers is important...so i moved bcc to just below reply to...of course...still having the same problems...

Hi Vaska,

I'd try to remove the \n in this part

$myname ="Vaska\n";
$myemail ="[e-mail]\n";
$myreplyemail ="[e-mail]\n";
$bccname ="VASKA\n";
$bccemail ="[e-mail]\n";

since you set the correct \r\n line breaks where you put together the header.

I'm not sure if this will change anything, but I could imagine these additional line breaks may mess things up.

You're duplicating the "to" address.

You've got it in your headers and you've got it in your mail line.

$headers .= "To: ".$name." <".$email.">\r\n";

mail($email,"Re: Vaska Registration",$body, $headers);

Perhaps that's what's causing the glitch?

the headers are working now...the \n does the trick...

now...just need to get the bcc to work...

from my reading through info at php.net...the $email shouldn't be an issue for this...

i'm using CC now also just to see if it is showing up...and it is...but it doesn't send a cc (or bcc) message?

a new glitch...i think in a better direction...

Just a thought... what is $email? If it is an address @.com, too, it is possible that your email client identifies these as duplicates and only displays one.

i was thinking the same after i experimented for awhile...so i changed up the to and cc emails addresses and all works very nicely now...
