Transfer Data between tables

If I have an old table (users) for example
contains the following

name : chr (10)
add : chr (50)
age : num (2)

and so on

and I made a new table called (newusers) contains :
name : chr 20
add chr 50
age num 2
sex chr 1
job chr 50

and I want to transfer the 3 records' data (name , add and age) from the old table

how can I do this ???!!!
