when submit a form popup a new window

Hello ppl,
How can I make a form and after I press the submit button the new page to open in a new popup page, not in the same page.

Do you have any Ideas?

Itried with target="_blank" and it's working, but when I write the first post I wasn't verry clear about what I really want. So now I hope I will 🙂. My idee was to open the new popup window in a window with no adress bar, no toollbar like in any photo gallery, just the title and the content of it with no toolbars.

Maibe I will post this in a javascript forum 'cause an javascript I think will do what I want.

Anyway 10x for help.
