Tried to set up PHPLib in accordance with http://www.sanisoft.com/phplib/manual/install.quickstart.php
Went through Step 1-7 but gave up at step 8.

Step 8: Access the "/" URL of your web server with cookies enabled. If no index.html is present, index.php3 will be displayed. If you reload that page, the number shown must increment. Access your database with the mysql command client and select from active_sessions. Check that there is a single session record for your browser and see how the text in val changes when you reload the page and select from active_sessions again. If this works, the session class is functional with cookie mode.

Getting these error meassiges.
Can anybody help me with this.

Check your file 'db_mysql.inc'. i guess you have an empty char at the end of your script (delete all newlines at the end, so that the first chars in the script are '<?' and the last ones are '?>'

Looked for empty rows and blanks in beginning and end but it makes no difference.

Finally got it working
For you who are trying to do this. It's plenty of holes to dig in here. The deepest was blanks in all the php3 files included in prepend.php3. There must be no (not one) blanks outside <? ..?>. Thanks for the help Volleytotal.ch. (I also managed to get an extra blank in my path to the include directory.)
