HTTPS question

Ok I just got apache with openssl and modssl working.

I can pull it up fine using https://myip

but I have a freind who is trying to pull it up and it keep saying page cannot be displayed.

if he uses http://myip he says he can get it fine but it is not a secure connection of course.

Any suggestions

does anybody know what would cause this?

The scenario again is this.

You can't access my https://myip address from another computer but I can from my own computer.

Why would this be?
