could someone please help me out on this. i am trying to program my whole site in php and i dont know even where to begin or how i would begin. is there any site out there that can explain to me how i would go about doing this. i have tried portol programs but i cant figure out how i can reprogram the placements of the info on the pages. like the menu boxes and so on. if some could please help me out on this please.
