Sending emails via MS Exchange using PHP4

Is it possible to send an internal email from a PHP script?

I am currently relaying all email generated by my scripts through my ISP, but it would be much better if I could send via my own exchange server.

Can anyone help?

there is an article here that talks about using the SENDMAIL() function that is part of most mail programs...

the other option uses [man]COM[/man] functionality to access the echange server. you can then use the local mail program like outlook or just use CDONTS mail functionality from exchange server

objMail = NEW (CDONTS.NewMail) and go from there....
