Extremely simple script...help

Could someone please make this for me.

html doc that has a box to enter text.

When you hit submit it will write the text to a .txt file and send you to a page that fetchs the text and displays it.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could make this.

instead of having the submitted text on the same line have it on a different line and if possible have a - or something before each line
