New Line and Eudora

Hi. Im having a bit of trouble with Eudora mail reading the \n characters in an email string

e.g. "A new member has joined on the site. \n\n Details are as follows:\n"

It completely ignores them and presents a long line of text.

Is there a new paragraph tag like \n that I can try?

Has anyone ever come across a problem like this.

All suggestions greatly appreciated!

Assuming that your email is plain text, give \r\n a try. Different email clients (let alone operating system) vary quite a bit in what they accept as a line break, but this should work for all.
