session not working correctly! help plz!!!

First to say, my englisch is not so good and i hope to explain my problem good :shock:

i have a login screen that use sessions but whene i try to logon, i came back to the logon screen. I know that the username and password, that i use, are correctly. but the most strange is that its working in the development software (DZ Soft PHP) but not whene i go to www.expodium.be and try to login it.

my webserver is working on port 7060. Is that maybe the problem.?
Do i have to set also a domain name to the session?

i u like i place here also the code.

I hope somebody can help me becource im stuck for 4 days allready.
