Copying php files with queries

I'm trying to mirror a client site which is php based. Typical file name might be showcase.php?c=3 etc. Can anyone recommend a mirroring/ripping app which will copy all the files and most importantly, preserve the full file names?
I've tried HTTrack, which is great about copying the files but renames the files, dropping the query after the .php extension. For example, it renames the above file to showcase03b.php. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's simple isn't it...? If it's a client site, just get them to give you FTP access or else they could download the files for you!! You won't get the PHP code with any "site ripping app" anyway...

On another point, the filename IS just "showcase.php" for example because anything after that is used as a variable!
