PhpMyAdmin problem

It gives me this error. What can I do to fix this problem?

This is what I did, unzipped, uploaded, cmod 777, configured config.inc.php file.

I want to be able to create a database.

I had to create phpmyadmin in the subdomain since I do not have access to the main domain.

It all seems to load just fine so I suspect that your MySQL username does not have privileges (within MySQL) to create a new database... I could be wrong of course, it does happen from time to time 🙂

You'll need to check with your hosting provider or, if you have access to it, give yourself the correct privileges.

What kind of privledges would they be? So I can be more specific when I e-mail him.

I knew I was doing everything since I've installed phpMyAdmin more than once on different machines.
