Can I tryout a php script over the net??

Can anyone help!!!!

I work in a corporate office using windows nt machines I have full rights to the internet as I am a domain admin for the company, but don't what to install PhP and Apache onto their machines is there a way I can tryout/test my scripts over the internet on a virtual Apache server.

I would like to be able to write a script using windows notepad then upload the php file onto a virtual php/apache host server to try out and test ,

Anybody got any ideas
