Upload .txt file to a table

I wanna upload a .txt file to a database. The host is localhost database is nba and table is stats. Example of what all the .txt files are is this

The fields are the pos, name etc. I want people to people able to browse for there .txt file then click upload and this goes into the stats table.

I know alittle php but not this much any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

thanks the problem is i dont understand a word in that 🙂 Can someone put that in a php and have it connect to the database nba and table stats for me ?
