[Q] WHAT's THIS CODE MEANT ?

It's scanning the string supplied in $str backwards from the position specified in $location and checking whether each character is a higher Hex code than "A0"

Mind you I'm having trouble seeing any purpose for it... 😃

I'm guessing from the name that it's checking for "special" characters in the string but can't figure out why
