Recommended PHP IDEs for Unix

I'm currentl using VIM for my PHP editing, and I was wondering if anyone had good recommendations for editing PHP on Unix (no Emacs, thank you).

Barring a decent (and preferably Free) option on Unix, does anyone have any Windows editors which they particularly enjoy?

If your thinking along the lines of an IDE check out Eclipse
and the PHP Plugin
