lets say that these are long sentences in a database
and i want to get the second record ok thats easy but i need the part after lets say but can i get it directly from daha base like that without playing with php after i got the record

I assume you are asking if you can get the last three words from the string, and that you are asking if this can be gotten directly from the database without further string manipulation using php. Nope. Php gets the string from the database. You'll have set manipulate the string yourself.
