Suggestions on Forums

I'm starting my own web site using Redhat, Apache, MySql, and PHP. This website will involve music submissions. I'm wondering if there are any forum programs that uses php where people can attach song files like mp3's so other's can listen and download.
Similiar to this forum where users can upload a picture file.

PHPBB rocks - dunno if it can attach files though ... don't know if it would be wise to let them attach files and certainly not mp3files - it may be illegal and put your server full with files ...

I think your bulletin board is the last thing to think about.

Do you think you can sustain bandwidth with a hundred users surfing to your website, uploading/downloading meaty MP3 files, in addition to serving up a bulletin board system all at the same time?

You need more than a one webserver to pull that off.
