i want to create an interpreter (don't know if this is the correct term) that will process information from a <textarea> and convert the text to html...i've been told i could create custom code like ".p" and it would know to insert <p> tags around the paragraph...
i would use one of these wysiwyg online editors, but they don't work with macs...so i'm going this other route (unless somebody knows an online editor for the mac - and if you know how you got a winning product on your hands right now!)...
so...what should i be researching for this? i'm looking for a place to get started...
