clearing site content

I´m looking for a way to clear the content of a page.
Imagine having a page with a certain generated content, but when clicking on a button, that content must be removed and the new content must be rewritten.
(it´s for making pages that display results 1-10, 11-20,...)

You don't "clear" the content, you use LIMIT and define what record to start from.
