If you want a premade one use hotscripts. Otherwise learn. Its not too difficuilty.
You can use vars to make it spam proof.
like so
$name = "dummy";
$domain = "mail.com";
then like this
$mail="$name".@."$domain";
from there you want the amazon kinda thing.
Basically its somewhat like a Comments Script which has news. Basically.
Good knowledge with Insert, Selete, Update maybe Delete would go very good in the Mysql Part.
