include http/external file

I've been having trouble including files that are not within the same directory. I get this error:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /net/muserver5/users/s/shoemamr/public.www/prevpics/index.php on line 115

Warning: Failed opening 'http://www.users.muohio.edu/shoemamr/banner468x60.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /net/muserver5/users/s/shoemamr/public.www/prevpics/index.php on line 115

My code is:

include('http://www.users.muohio.edu/shoemamr/banner468x60.php');
?>

What am I to do? Thanks for help.

You cannot use include from a remote server

you have to give server side path like this :
<?php
include($DOCUMENT_ROOT.'/shoemamr/banner468x60.php');
?>
or
<?php
include('/shoemamr/banner468x60.php');
?>

I still get these errors, there's got to be a way to do this.

readfile("http://www.users.muohio.edu/shoemamr/banner468x60.php"); 

Should work with remote location
