Running a timer script from a frame...urgent..please help...

hi..
i hav a script that runs a timer in javascript..
i am going to use this timer in multiple pages..so i need to keep track of the timer throughout the page navigation..
so i was thinking i could do this by running the timer script from within a frame in each page of my site.
The probelm is i do not know how to do this even though the idea is there...
hope u guys can give some advise..please include some sample codes...

ps:is there another way to do this???if there is please advise...

What exactly are you having problems with? Creating the frame? Creating the timer? what?

i have the timer script already.but the thing is i do not know how to display the timer in the frame..

A frame is just a container for an HTML page...You would display the timer the same way in a frame as in an HTML page...
