The servers are based in Paris so watch any date/time functions, but otherwise worth a look if your website's not too vital !
Their base package is $50/yr, but you can email them about a custom package for less. They lease two servers, one with Rackshack and one with Tera-Byte. I think you can request which one you want. Accounts include all the stuff you wanted.
