Low budget webhosting php/mysql

I have a fantasy league website and I'm looking for a very low budget webhosting with the following:
PHP/MySql support
20 MB space
NO ADS
VERY LOW PRICE
domain not needed....

Not the most reliable service, but it's free. There are adverts, but you can get rid of them by adding a lonely "<style>" tag at the end of your pages.

They also do some cheap paid for option with domain names and no ads.

Main downer is the lack of support and occassional glitches !

Sorry to harp on, but lycos tripod (uk/europe) do one with the following:

Free domain name
100 MB of disk space
50 email accounts
PHP / MySQL
Enhanced website stats

It's £4.49 a month which is about $7 a month which I thinks pretty good and they're not bad for the price.

Their base package is $50/yr, but you can email them about a custom package for less. They lease two servers, one with Rackshack and one with Tera-Byte. I think you can request which one you want. Accounts include all the stuff you wanted.
