What are the rules and etiquette regarding using GNU/GPL licenced scripts for commercial purposes?
for example:

- CMS app from SourceForge such as phpNuke
- Forum such as phpBB2
- graphics designed by myself
- module to display catalogue (if can't find opensource ver) myself
- flash intro myself
What sort of pricing can I quote (quote $USD or $CAD if possible)? Simply price based on setup time? Also, I am willing to pay the creators a license fee to remove the copyright tags if allowed. (?)
