updating multiple rows with a dynamic form and checkboxes?

Hi Thanks in advance for any help I might recieve.
Heres my problem...

I have a large table in my DB made up of people and information about them.

now i wish to create a form that will display the people and information about them dynamically as well as allow me to update each one as i see fit.

Ive done a lil reading and not much has helped.

Im thinking maybe i need checkboxes and foreach() statements?

am I on the right track?

am I making sense? lol

I should add I already have a working script that will allow me to select a single person and update there information using radio buttons.
